    Responsive Solutions

    for Healthcare Travel Agency Challenges

Since Donna Ramey Womack, LLC (DRW Consultants) began in 2016, we’ve provided our services to a variety of agencies. On every project we undertake, our most important objective is to relate with clients and understand their core necessities and goals. Below are some examples of the work we’ve done - take a look, and get in touch to learn more.

    Traveler Onboarding

DRW Consultants provides clinical and professional orientation for new Travelers, customized to our clients’ expectations. We have a proven track record for improving turnover rate of first-time travelers.
By providing welcome calls and in-depth clinical dialogue, we have been able to positively impact travelers’ confidence, successful completion of initial assignments, and increased likelihood of successive assignments.

    Certification Preparation

DRW Consultants assists clients in preparing for initial Joint Commission Certification as well as recertification. This is accomplished by educating our clients’ staff, developing policies & procedures, assuring Traveler awareness of requirements, and advising clients on TJC standards. DRW Readiness consultation has resulted in initial survey completion with zero deficiencies.

    DNR Reduction

DRW Consultants provides early and ongoing intervention for clinical incidents, including a status of "Do Not Return" (DNR). We utilize the principles of Servant Leadership to coach the Travelers and consult with the facility clinical managers to perform root cause analyses of situations and resolve issues. This service helps prevent early terminations, thereby preserving client-facility relationships and ultimately reducing the costs to our clients.
